These are the rules governing PKMN District giveaways. They reproduce word for word the text of the drop-down block shown on each product page, so that both versions say exactly the same thing.
Organiser and scope. PKMN District may run prize draws on this website. These rules apply to each of those draws. By taking part, you accept these rules and the terms of sale.
Your purchase. Your order relates solely to the sealed product described on this page. Entry into the prize draw is an extra and does not form part of the purchase price: the ordered product is delivered in any case, whether or not you win.
No purchase necessary to enter. You can enter free of charge and without making any purchase. To do so, send an email to pkmndistrict.team@proton.me with first name, surname, postal address, email and date of birth. The chances of winning are identical to those of people who have placed an order.
Who can enter. Open to natural persons over 18 years of age residing in Spain. Employees of the organiser and their families are excluded. One entry per person and household.
Deadline and draw. Each giveaway runs from the start date shown on the relevant promotion page until 31 December of the current year. The draw takes place on that day, at random, among all valid entries.
Prizes. Prizes are awarded in kind, as a rule sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products. The total value of prizes per draw does not exceed 10,000 €. Cash payment, exchange or transfer of prizes is excluded.
Notifying winners. Winners are notified by email at the address provided when entering, approximately one month after the draw. If a winner does not respond within 30 days, the prize is redrawn.
Data protection. The data collected is used solely to run the prize draw and deliver the prizes, and is deleted once it ends, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it. Processing is governed by our privacy policy. Your rights of access, rectification and erasure remain fully intact.
Changes. The organiser may cancel a prize draw for a justified reason or amend these rules. The version published at the time of your entry applies. If you request it in writing, we will send you the rules free of charge.
