What you buy. The sealed product described on this page, in its original packaging and with the factory seal intact. Official Pokémon Trading Card Game merchandise sourced from distribution within the European Union.
Random contents. What goes inside a booster pack, box or collection is decided at random by the manufacturer. We do not promise any specific rarity, any specific pull, or any market value for the cards you get. Opening without pulling a rare card is not a product defect.
Product images. Photos are supplied by the manufacturer and are for guidance only. Packaging may vary depending on the production batch.
Trademarks. Pokémon, the Pokémon Trading Card Game and the series names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company International. PKMN District is an independent seller, not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
Official giveaway rules
Organiser and scope. PKMN District may run prize draws on this website. These rules apply to each of those draws. By taking part, you accept these rules and the terms of sale.
Your purchase. Your order relates solely to the sealed product described on this page. Entry into the prize draw is an extra and does not form part of the purchase price: the ordered product is delivered in any case, whether or not you win.
No purchase necessary to enter. You can enter free of charge and without making any purchase. To do so, send an email to pkmndistrict.team@proton.me with first name, surname, postal address, email and date of birth. The chances of winning are identical to those of people who have placed an order.
Who can enter. Open to natural persons over 18 years of age residing in Spain. Employees of the organiser and their families are excluded. One entry per person and household.
Deadline and draw. Each giveaway runs from the start date shown on the relevant promotion page until 31 December of the current year. The draw takes place on that day, at random, among all valid entries.
Prizes. Prizes are awarded in kind, as a rule sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products. The total value of prizes per draw does not exceed 10,000 €. Cash payment, exchange or transfer of prizes is excluded.
Notifying winners. Winners are notified by email at the address provided when entering, approximately one month after the draw. If a winner does not respond within 30 days, the prize is redrawn.
Data protection. The data collected is used solely to run the prize draw and deliver the prizes, and is deleted once it ends, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it. Processing is governed by our privacy policy. Your rights of access, rectification and erasure remain fully intact.
Changes. The organiser may cancel a prize draw for a justified reason or amend these rules. The version published at the time of your entry applies. If you request it in writing, we will send you the rules free of charge.

Please note: the promo card is assigned at random from the four, with no option to choose.
All our products are official Pokémon Trading Card Game items in English edition, factory sealed and never opened. We never take out a single pack or reseal any box. What you receive comes straight out of the supplier's case.
Every shipment is checked before it leaves. If the shrink wrap arrives torn or a corner is dented, we collect it back, no questions asked.
Dispatch within 24 hours on working days, delivery in 1 to 3 working days within Ireland. The tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
36-pack booster boxes ship in double-walled cardboard with padding, so nothing moves in transit.
For pre-orders: the parcel ships on the official release day, not before. If your cart mixes an in-stock item and a pre-order, everything ships together on release day. Place two separate orders if you need the in-stock item right away.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order, with no need to give a reason. You don't need to break the seal to inspect the item: if it comes back factory sealed, we refund you the full amount. If the product arrives opened, we may deduct the loss in value.
If the item arrives damaged or we made a mistake, the return is at our expense and we replace it or refund you.
